Needs Analysis

The Dimetis team brings to the table over 25 years of technology experience within the broadcast and communication market place and a well honed understanding that we first need to listen, with our experience as a backdrop, to understand the customers business demands and needs.  This ultimately culminates in a documented understanding of needs that we then work with the customer to tune to their exact requirements.

Systems Planning 

From international networks containing hundreds of sites, thousands of equipments and tens of thousands of ports to DVB Play-out or a single video router installed and turn-keyed Dimetis has planned and executed to customer satisfaction for a generation. 

Specifications Development

Once the systems plan is in place a detailed specification must be completed.   Our team will create easy to understand details that can be used by our own team or any third party integrator to assure a quality operation. 

Documentation

In some cases a customer’s infrastructure has “organically” grown over the years with little or no documentation in place.  If there is a change of manpower or attempt to consolidate or do a massive upgrade not having documentation can make all of the above more difficult.  Whether updating documentation from something old or creating documents for use by Dimetis or third party personal for a systems integration our attention to detail and ease will always make the job go easier.

Component and System Test

From a single piece of hardware or software to an entire system of both, Dimetis has over twenty years of experience in testing for robustness to the requirements of the customer.
