Dietzenbach, Germany – May 6, 2008 – Dimetis GmbH, an international Systems Integrator and OSS supplier to world-class Broadcasters has landed large orders for Bridgetech VB260 QAM modules. The Bridgetech products provide a comprehensive, scaleable video monitoring solution.
The Dimetis system integration experience along with product portfolio provided the means to accomplish the following:

- Dynamically monitor whatever and whenever based on changing requirements

Configured into the BridgeTech VB200 1RU chassis, the VB260 monitors QAM signals of up to 180 MPTS/SPTS multicasts per TR-101290 level 1-3 alarming specifications. The units are ideal for use in hybrid IP digital cable environments, enabling operators to undertake extensive confidence monitoring measurements across various network demarcation points at cost points previously unattainable. This allows KDG to economically monitor modulated video at numerous points along the network edge.
